Refund Request Through Emails:
-A refund request sent by you our valued Lebara customers through email on care@lebara.com.au
-Upon receiving the email, our Administration Team will review the refund request (this will take 1-2 business hours).
-It is then escalated to our refunds team for approval which will take 24-48 business hours.
-Once the refund request has been approved by our refunds team, it will be processed back into your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Refund Request Through Phone Call:
-If you call us on 126 122 through our customer care line, our customer care representatives will create a refund request for you.
-The request will then be escalated to our Administration team.
-Our Administration Team will review the refund request (this will take 1-2 business hours).
-It is then escalated to our refunds team for approval which will take 24-48 business hours.
-Once the refund request has been approved by our refunds team, it will be processed back into your bank account within 5-7 business days.
