Once your account passes its recharge expiry date, your number will automatically go through the phases of termination. You will still be able to receive calls for the first 10 days. After 10 days you will no longer be able to receive calls. You will still be able to recharge as normal in the first 10 days. Between 10 and 30 days you will need assistance from our customer service team. It takes 30 days from the expiry date for your account to be fully terminated. Once the service has been terminated, you will lose your number and Lebara are unable to retrieve it.
