If you would like to keep your existing mobile number but leave Lebara Mobile, please contact your new service provider. They will be able to initiate the porting request. Your account with Lebara Mobile will automatically be terminated once your number is successfully transferred. However, if you prefer to cancel your existing number, please write to us at care@lebara.com.au and we will assist you.


Before cancelling your service with Lebara if you would like to discuss about our services, we are here to listen to you and help wherever we can.


Please note that any remaining balances will not be refunded if you would like to terminate or port out your service.
