Once you have obtained a Lebara SIM, visit lebara.com.au/activate and tick ‘PORT IN’. If you have a post-paid number you will need your account number which is available on your last bill.
You would receive a verification PIN via SMS on your existing mobile service to which you would have to reply (With the same PIN)
Please make sure your service is ACTIVE and has enough credit to reply to the verification SMS.
