We wanted to let you know that we are making changes to the way our plans can be recharged and it may apply to you. Changes will come into effect for any recharges from 20 August 2018.
What is the change and how will it affect me?
From the 20th of August 2018, if you recharge with a new 30 Day plan before your current 30 Day plan ends you will have access to the new plan inclusions right away. E.g. Currently if you are on $14.90 Extra Small Plan and your 2GB data is exhausted before the plan expires and you recharge with another $14.90 Extra Small Plan to get 2GB, you will access it then and there. You don’t have to wait until the full 30- day expires to access the inclusions.
If you are on a 30 Day plan and you recharge with a long term plan it will stack to each other and vice versa.
If you are either on a 30 Day plan or a long term plan you will not be able to recharge with a mobile broadband plan. However if you are on a Mobile broadband plan and you recharge with any 30 Day or a long term plan your plan will reset.
Does My Inclusions Rollover
If you had a data balance or international call credit left over from the previous plan, you will not be able to access it once you recharge. Your new plan inclusions will take effect immediately and override any existing balances.
It is important that you utilise all of your data and calling inclusions before recharging, as your inclusions and expiry date will reset once a new plan is recharged.
