How can I change the ownership of my number?

If you would like to transfer the ownership of your Lebara service, you will need to send in a copy of both your ID and the ID of the gaining customer-this will need to be a copy of your passport or an Australian Driver Licence. Also take a picture of the back of the Lebara SIM, where the SIM number is displayed. Forward all 3 requirements to careoz@Lebara.com. The ownership will be updated within 24 hours.
