In case this happens, always check:

  • If your account is active with Lebara Mobile. You can do so by logging into MyLebara at lebara.com.au/mylebara¬†
  • Insert your Lebara SIM into another working phone to see if your phone settings may have changed or your phone may be faulty.

If this does not help, call us at 126 122 so that we can assist with SIM replacement.
