Your mobile data may not be working even if you have recharged for the following reasons:
- You’ve recharged another plan on top of your existing plan of which mobile data had been consumed. If you have already recharged another plan, do not worry, you can use new plan once your current plan expires. To use data now, you can recharge a data pack. We wanted to let you know that we are making changes to the way our plans can be recharged and it may apply to you. Changes will come into effect for any recharges after 20 August 2018. From the 20 of August 2018, if you recharge with a new plan before your current plan ends you will have access to the new plan inclusions right away. E.g. Currently if you are on $14.90 Extra Small Plan and your 2GB data is exhausted before the plan expires and you recharge with another $14.90 Extra Small Plan to get 2GB, you will access it then and there. You don’t have to wait until the full 30- day expires to access the inclusions.
- Rarely, your phone may have incorrect data settings stored. These settings should load automatically when you insert a Lebara SIM. If you have issues please clear your phone’s previously saved data settings.
